Review summary

Overall, the cruise was great. We enjoyed it even though we got sick. Our only complaint was you CANNOT use the non-refundable credit to pay for tips. We found out the hard way and lost almost all of our credit. We had saved the money for this only to learn that we could not use it for that and too late to use it on the ship.

There was a fairly long line to embark and took about a half hour. Our last cruise on Holland took about 10 -15 minutes.

Specialty restaurants were great. Main dining was very good. Buffet was good.

I used the fitness center and it was large and clean.

The Beatles were great. Icons was very good. Wasn't able to make Jersey Boys because we had to make reservations. Didn't know that. Many shows were repeated so there was not a new program each night.

Since this wasn't your first cruise, then you should have been aware that OBC cannot be used for tips or gambling, and that major theater productions require reservations that you can make 21 days prior to sailing when online check in becomes available. Would suggest that you change travel agents as well because they should have also made you aware of both those situations. A shame that you missed Jersey Boys because it is an outstanding production.
