Review summary

For those that said this was a bogus review I added the pictures of the crew bar from outside the front window of my Haven Forward facing penthouse. I was looking forward to this cruise so much. I booked a room in the Haven and had watched so many videos and read so many reviews. Little did I know that my cruise would be a nightmare with a very horrible customer experience. To start off with I was booked into a Haven suite room that was right in front of the crew bar. Do not get me wrong the crew deserve relaxation just as much as a guest but without soundproofing the crew could have just been sitting in my room with me with how loud the crew bar was. It also literally took guest services not believing me and sending 2 security guards to my room in the middle of the night to listen to the crew bar at which point they also heard how loud it was. I was then forced to move rooms and the new room had an obstructed balcony. The worst part of the experience was the crew was told who the culprit was of getting their crew bar closed earlier and I was made fun of and talked about by the crew. It was a horrible experience that I would not wish on anyone at all.

I've seen that room you chose; and was horrified by the location, the size & the configuration. You would have been better off in a Club Balcony, as I was. Peace.

I was on Bliss. And would not pay to stay in the "Haven". It's just not worth it.

The Haven has rooms outside the Haven. I was in a forward facing Penthouse on deck 9. The crew bar is in the open space right in front of the forward window. So no this review is not bogus, maybe you should sail on the ship and find out.

Haven cabins are deck 9 and up (note there is no cabin number given), as others have stated the crew does not have party rooms up that high, it is for paying customers. Also, security most likely would not investigate a complaint like this, it is usually the service desk that comes in to investigate. I am calling this one a bogus review also and flagging it.

No way the crew was partying anywhere near the Haven. I'll second the bs on this review.

Sorry you had a bad experience. It’s always a good idea to research the cabin locations and if you are unsure what is above, below or next to the cabin, do your best to find out. It may be that you put no more effort into choosing the cabin location than you did in writing the review - just copying and pasting the same thing in most sections.

Well i leave on the Joy Saturday. Now I’m very worried. I hope this is just one persons opinion. I’ve done so much research on this ship

Highly doubt they would put the crew bar next to Haven cabins. Usually places for the crew are lower decks. So yeah I call BS on this review, BS on this review, BS on this review, BS on this review 😂 on a scale of 1-10 for BS reviews I’ll give them an 8 for creativity though!

Wow........you are hard to please it seems & what's the point of repeating yourself!! Can't wait for our cruise on the Bliss next month!! This will be our 8th cruise (7th on NCL) NCL is the best cruise line!
