Review summary

Cruise to Mexico from LA. Weather was good once you get south of Cabo, a bit cool on the first and last days at sea.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
The required covid test was a pain in the ass but otherwise it was ok

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was good, staff was very good and cheerful, the specialty resturants were exceptional, the BBQ at Q's was spot on, the steak with the surf and turf at ocean blues was perhaps the best I have ever eaten.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Pools, fitness center, and clubs were all good. The slots in the cassino were very tight, skip that.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Entertainment was good overall for a cruise ship. Much better than some of the recent Carnival cruises I have done.
