So disappointed with this cruise. We were setting up a big family vacation and this was a choice but was so disappointed with what we encountered ..MSC is the Spirit Air of cruise ships

Most unfriendly staffs compare to other cruise lines. Didn’t feel welcome onboard, felt rushed to go dining, to the shows and get off the ship. Can be more considerate of their customers!

Aside from the smelly bathroom water and horrible wifi, the trip was fantastic. I would still go again but not pay extra for more wifi.

The cruise ship was beautiful and clean. All the staff worked very hard to keep us happy. The entertainment was entertaining and the food was good and plentiful. One downfall is the teen club. There really weren't anything for them during the evening hours. Overall, great sailing and would do it again.

MSC cruise was great! They had everything you need to relax, celebrate and enjoy your vacation. My only concern was the amount of passengers. Since there was so many passengers, we had to wait on line for the buffet every time we went to eat. We also had to wait for lounge chairs around the pool. Despite these minor inconveniences, the cruise overall was great! The staff was hard-working, friendly, and very professional.

Very misleading! Everything is extra! We bought dinner packages for specialty restaurants and were charged extra anyways. Charged for sparkling water in restaurants regardless of having drink packages. The breakfast buffet is a madhouse as if people have never eaten! Nothing but cold food!

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas, the services on this island was very poor and unorganized, big line to get umbrellas, ran out of umbrella's after waiting 30 minutes. We had to go to a faraway location to get umbrellas and carry the umbrellas and put it in the sand ourselves. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and we couldn't find our family for a long time. Too many people to accommodate. As far as the island it was beautiful. The ship was too crowded and not organized. Not enough staff. Many of the staff didn't speak English. The buffet was very crowded and no one around to clean up tables as people left .They had plenty of food but ran out of coffee cups, plates and dinnerware daily.

First day all three cabins clothes were soaked it rained but no tarp used. Put a damper from day 1

Skip this ship. It's not worth it. The ship is not well managed and employees are rude.

The cruise was very fun and fantastic my child loved the kids club and all the activities they were doing . I had fun myself from the bartenders Jerome and Micah at the pool bars the great service I head given at the eaves restaurant from. Jefferson leano and his partner mark to every great party and restaurant they had .

This is really great summer break. I have nothing on the cruise that I dislike. The ship is beautiful, staff is doing everything to make you happy, the food is delicious. I recommended this cruise to everybody.

This is our first cruise's experience and we are not going back MSC Meraviglia due to the facts: 1) very long waiting time for embarking, disembarking and lunch on their private island 2) missing fun slides and pools 3) missing tea and coffee after only the second day 4) very expensive extra drink package and extra on boat activities 5) stinky room!

I did not want to go on a cruise. too much money, I cannot swim. But after I got on MSC workers made you feel so welcome. Now I would go on another cruise.

A week of itching and parasitic diarrhea, surrounded by employees who hate their jobs and make no effort to conceal it. They also don't conceal their disdain for the passengers, as if we were to blame for their poor life decisions. The restaurants were shockingly poor, but at least the portions were tiny, so the mouth suffering was brief. The intestinal suffering however, would last almost as long as the treasured memories of pre-cruise hope and innocence. Recovering from addiction? Have no fear! You won't get near a drink on this floating desert. They have no interest in taking your money or providing you food or beverage service (small exaggeration, but drinks are not easily obtained). Try the buffet, but bring your own plates, utensils, water and ketchup. As a matter of fact, you might want to bring your own food, because cooking is not their forte. But they also randomly close parts of the buffet, as if the food was being punished for it's lack of flavor and appeal. True gentlemen will allow women and children to leave the buffet first. The Meraviglia narrowly surpasses the Lusitania for hijinks and customer satisfaction. If you really desire a great experience on the high seas, you would be better off joining the Navy in wartime.

I've on about 15- 17 cruises and I give it 8 out of 10. The main issue is communication and making the announcements in the cabin so you can hear clearly. I didn't like the prices of the pictures. I haven't been on a cruise in about 5 years and forgot how much walking 😳 😅 🙃 you have to do. I was supposed to get an on board credit which I never received. I will cruise you again and I know by then your will work out the kinks.

Won’t travel MSC again; did not care for the food or activities as much as other cruise lines.

We enjoyed ourselves, would try sailing with MSC again.
