Why I give a 4 star because in the main dining the drink options could've been than what they offered, but the food was excellent and for the others it was (specialty) exceptional 👌.

I can honestly say EVERYONE (staff) and I do mean EVERYONE on the ship was very helpful and friendly. If there was 10 stars I would've given it.

The ship layout and design is really nice I loved it, for the other areas was exceptional well maintained but the main dining room area the corners where not kept clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Everything about my cabin was great 👍 I had an ocean view. (cleanliness) my steward her name is Teresa, she a very nice and pleasant young lady, she kept my room Immaculate.
Even though I didn't come off the ship at this port (I was too tired 😁) I took pictures of the island and base on how I could see other people were having fun, I would say it was great.
Glad to hear your family enjoyed the cruise. I think with everything in life, it all comes down to expectations. Large crowded cruise ships for me aren't very enjoyable, but I would tolerate it for a short time. I have the same cruise coming up that I need to take in order to maintain my diamond status. So don't have much choice....use it or lose it.
