An overall very enjoyable trip. Cabin, bars and overall layout of the ship was well thought out and I would sail with MSC again.
Embarkation

Embarkation was a little chaotic but not awful. Disembarkation was awful with the terminal staff repeatedly yelling at everyone to move forward when there was no space to do so.

Food and Dining

The main dining room was nice; however, out table was basically out on the edge near the main entrance. We enjoyed the buffet for most meals. The drinks were excellent. Staff was attentive.
Onboard Activities

Pools were very nice but overcrowded. On the last windy day we were able to get in the Horizon pool.
Entertainment

The Entertainment was excellent. The cruise director, Matias, and activities director Graham worked very hard along with the staff performers. The piano players in the Sky Lounge were a nice treat.
Service and Staff

Our servers Joseph Balisi and Akash Verma were nice hosts in the main dining room. Our cabin attendent, Budiana, was extremely nice and helpful.
Ship Quality

Favorite areas: Sky Lounge, Champagne bar and the irish style pub (Brass Anchor).
Cabin / Stateroom

We really loved the space. They do lock the fridge at noon the day before departure which I was not happy with. I'd rather they just not put anything for sale in there.
Very unpleasant. They whip you through like cattle screaming at everyone the whole way. We were told to keep moving to areas where there was no space to move. Need more organization.
