Thank you for your review. I think embarkation and disembarkation are some of the top complaints on this ship. Part of the problem is the port authority unfortunately. Same thing happens to Cunard's Queen Mary 2. But, MSC has way too many passengers and Cunard need to try to get it under control too. If not nothing will change.
