Lack of communication, couldn't hear announcements clearly if you are sitting in your room. Didn't notify passengers when we docked and letting you know what deck to get off on ( wasn't the same deck as both ports).The shops weren't that great.

Review summary

I've on about 15- 17 cruises and I give it 8 out of 10. The main issue is communication and making the announcements in the cabin so you can hear clearly. I didn't like the prices of the pictures. I haven't been on a cruise in about 5 years and forgot how much walking 😳 😅 🙃 you have to do. I was supposed to get an on board credit which I never received. I will cruise you again and I know by then your will work out the kinks.

Well I didn't like sleeping on a twin bed. We were two female friends, the beds had to be separated. When we needed something our cabin Stewart made sure we got it.

Didn't book a excursion on the ship but should have. Got one of the taxi's right by the ship. I wouldn't recommend anyone using them.

The beach was beautiful. We were there until 9pm, why did they close the food sheds about 2-3pm; I also think you need more transportation to the beaches and other areas.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Doesn’t matter which country the staff comes from if you felt insulted, then you were insulted, and that behavior has to be addressed, so it doesn’t happen again to someone else. No one pays to go on a cruise only to be insulted by poorly prepared staff.

The OBC was probably from the WTH booking company, they sometimes have a tendency to not put all the perks they say you get into your booking. Wonder what the racist comment was? As I have found out over the years, we in the US consider almost any personal comment ‘racist’ or other derogatory, but many other countries do not.
