Lack of communication, couldn't hear announcements clearly if you are sitting in your room. Didn't notify passengers when we docked and letting you know what deck to get off on ( wasn't the same deck as both ports).The shops weren't that great.

I've on about 15- 17 cruises and I give it 8 out of 10. The main issue is communication and making the announcements in the cabin so you can hear clearly. I didn't like the prices of the pictures. I haven't been on a cruise in about 5 years and forgot how much walking 😳 😅 🙃 you have to do. I was supposed to get an on board credit which I never received. I will cruise you again and I know by then your will work out the kinks.Embarkation
