Don’t go! Pick another cruise line and port. It’s not even average. Their customer service is really bad! The ship was nice and the little island beautiful 🤩

Highly recommend MSC. Miami is better than Port Canaveral but ship is perfect and great value.

I will probably not cruise with MSC again. This was my 4th cruise using different cruise lines and this by far rated on the bottom. I didn’t find most of the staff particularly friendly, the buffet food was sub par at best. We sailed through a pretty vicious storm and it was only addressed once by the captain, even though we endured two days of scary turbulence

Overall great great cruise experience I see MSC is striving to improve and step up their game in the business. This was my first MSC cruise so I had several other lines to compare . MSC is getting there. Keep improving food/bar service hospitality and crew education I know you can’t make everyone happy but I personal saw you MSC do their best .

Enjoyed the trip and the music and activities offered. Woukd definitely go on another MSC Cruise ship.

I love MSC. I'm sort of a spokesperson for the cruise line. As I'm always trying to turn negative comments to positive comments when folks try to compare MSC to other cruise lines.

Overall we really enjoyed our cruise and found it a great value. Our son had a single room and wasn't charged any more than my wife and I.

The cruise ship was beautiful and clean. All the staff worked very hard to keep us happy. The entertainment was entertaining and the food was good and plentiful. One downfall is the teen club. There really weren't anything for them during the evening hours. Overall, great sailing and would do it again.

For the most part I did enjoy myself. Again, I would beware of hidden costs, nickel and diming and things you think are included are not. I was very disappointed that the under 21 women in my party did not have their drink package that we were told we paid for. It caused a lot of additional cost that we were not anticipating. Be prepared to repeat yourself a lot as most of the staff does not have a clear understanding of the English language. The ship is large and very clean the staff is extremely friendly and attentive for the most part. There were some that just could not be bothered to do the simplest of things.

Extremely understaffed, if it’s a full ship, expect some wait time at the bar. Fellow cruisers understand this, and we look out for one another. If you’re at the bar and someone has been standing there before you, just let the staff know if they try to serve you first. Kindness goes a long way. The entertainment staff was so much fun, but the paid shows was very underwhelming. I left after 15 minutes. Maybe it just wasn’t my cup of tea, but felt very much like a high school production. Don’t skip the adults only pool on deck 16 which has a lot less traffic and a bar as well. Please do yourself a favor a try the pizza.

We booked this cruise because of MSC's advertisement of eco-friendly practices and focus on sustainability. Instead, we found the same waste, excess and focus on quantity over quality that we have with other cruise lines. As far as cruises go, it was midling (or lower, in the case of the food). MSC fits right in with Carnival as far as cruising goes. Which is a shame, because we were expecting a more responsible approach to cruising. MSC had the potential to be innovators of a whole new way of cruising, but what we got was a typical crowded cruise cay, plastic straws, tons of wasted food and dining options that not only were not eco-friendly, but also effecticely excluded anyone unfortunate enough to have a dietary restriction. Just a note: this rating system is rigged. The only section where I gave a good review was for the cabin and the entertainment so...2 out of 11 categories), and somehow the overall review still ended up as over 4. Something wrong with that algorithm for sure so don't trust the number of stars the reviews give. Read the whole review people submit so you get the real picture of their experience.

We enjoyed ourselves, would try sailing with MSC again.

A week of itching and parasitic diarrhea, surrounded by employees who hate their jobs and make no effort to conceal it. They also don't conceal their disdain for the passengers, as if we were to blame for their poor life decisions. The restaurants were shockingly poor, but at least the portions were tiny, so the mouth suffering was brief. The intestinal suffering however, would last almost as long as the treasured memories of pre-cruise hope and innocence. Recovering from addiction? Have no fear! You won't get near a drink on this floating desert. They have no interest in taking your money or providing you food or beverage service (small exaggeration, but drinks are not easily obtained). Try the buffet, but bring your own plates, utensils, water and ketchup. As a matter of fact, you might want to bring your own food, because cooking is not their forte. But they also randomly close parts of the buffet, as if the food was being punished for it's lack of flavor and appeal. True gentlemen will allow women and children to leave the buffet first. The Meraviglia narrowly surpasses the Lusitania for hijinks and customer satisfaction. If you really desire a great experience on the high seas, you would be better off joining the Navy in wartime.

Great service and crew. Great Broadway shows and the carousel shows for entertainment. The complimentary food in main dining is good. However, the food in paid specialty restaurant called KAITO Teppanyaki is terrible. The rice was not fully cooked and it was too salty for all the meals. We were very disappointed that they also wasted our WAGYU beef by adding a lot Teriyaki sauce on it and made it well done (we asked to cook the meat medium).

Overall, this was a fantastic vacation for my husband and I! We had never cruised before and weren't sure we'd enjoy. It took me years to try to get him to go on one and now he can't wait to go back in June! The food was good and the drinks kept coming. The staff - particulary those on the back deck bar - the Horizon - were absolutely amazing!

Would gladly sail MSC again. The ship is beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful albeit a bit slower than what we are accustomed to. Loved Ocean Cay

We truly enjoyed the Ocean Cay Island. It was so relaxing. The whole trip was so relaxing for us.

All in all a wonderful experience. Clean ship. Great staff good entertainment.beautiful Ocean Cay
