Overall great great cruise experience I see MSC is striving to improve and step up their game in the business. This was my first MSC cruise so I had several other lines to compare . MSC is getting there. Keep improving food/bar service hospitality and crew education I know you can’t make everyone happy but I personal saw you MSC do their best .
Embarkation

Embarkation was a nightmare 4 hour wait on line with no announcement or communication from port staff or MSC staff . Very disorganized . Not a good experience for senior parents with medical needs. MSC should be able to accommodate the elderly that are not in wheelchairs during embarkation when issues arise.

Water slide and mini golf fitness center basket ball court wanted to book for bowling but was told it was booked up on sea days. However ship had plenty to do if you wanted to get into something

Great shows Atrain the the comedian was the best. shout out to the entertainment crew lots of energy attended event party. DJ was good but and step up on the music selection. The different lounges was nice vibes

Eury our cabin Stewart was the best alway check in and right on time If we needed anything He deserve a promotion Joel our bar/ pool attend was exceptional he always found it us no matter which deck we were on we made us fell like he was our veryown personal bar attendant Slim our head give them time off writer was great and Chris and Rob our waiter did the best job they could to help

Be patient, open minded and enjoy your voyage they still getting it together I would definitely sail this cruise line again
@cabadavis I don’t remember the name exactly but it was a coach bus parked in front as we disembarked in port canaveral and The bus or shuttle leaves every 15 min and the last trip back to the ship was 5:30pm
