MSC cruise was great! They had everything you need to relax, celebrate and enjoy your vacation. My only concern was the amount of passengers. Since there was so many passengers, we had to wait on line for the buffet every time we went to eat. We also had to wait for lounge chairs around the pool. Despite these minor inconveniences, the cruise overall was great! The staff was hard-working, friendly, and very professional.

Very good. There were stewards outside in the parking lot helping us with our luggage. They put it on the trailers and took them onto the ship.

The main dining rooms, specialty restaurants were clean and staff were very attentive. The buffets had a lot of choices to choose from. However, there were too many passengers and extremely long lines.

Graham and the entertainment team were great! Their shows/activities were fun and energetic. The Soul Band were awesome as well. They had a wide range of songs of different cultures.

Our room steward, Anil was awesome. He was very warm, friendly, and attentive. My friend tore her dress and Anil quickly gave her a sewing kit which helped in mending the garment. Our rooms were always cleaned with fresh towels and a full mini bar. The waiters/waitresses and bartenders were very friendly, professional, and attentive including Al, Andres, Santiago, Stephanie (Atmosphere Pool), and Erwin (Infinity Bar). Also the masseuse at the spa who gave me a massage (Saturday 8/12 @ 4:00pm) was excellent!

The cabin was comfortable and clean. There could have been more storage for our clothes.
Ocean Cay was excellent! Beautiful beaches, clean setting. Thanks to all the staff who set up, served and then cleaned everything. They really worked together as a team and then returned to the ship to continue serving. They are very hard workers!
We had a beautiful day in Nassau, Bahamas. We took an excursion from a guy on the streets. We went on a motor boat to the Pigs' Beach and fed the pigs. We then went to another area of water and went snorkeling! We also met fellow MSC passengers on this excursion.
Disembarkation was just as it was described the day before by Matias (Cruise Director). His presentation and PowerPoint made me less anxious about the whole experience. Thank you Matias.
