Was my 2nd time on this ship, not as great as 1st.

Embarkation

A little sluggish with long lines but after getting keycards we were able to get right on without waiting.

Food and Dining

The buffet is very repetitive. Most food was good. The Dining room was great and I wish I ate there more! I didn’t do any specialty restaurants this cruise.

Onboard Activities

This was a full cruise so everything was crowded. They need more activities especially with a full ship.

Entertainment

I absolutely LOVED the entertainment staff! I know most of them by name and took pics with them! The shows were amazing and events the cruise staff were a part of was great!!!

My room steward, Frank, was the best ever!!! He made or cruise so much better, especially for my Mom.

Only concern I have is that they should enforce washing or sanitizing hands before entering the buffet more. Other than that it’s a pretty well kept and cleaned ship.

15 mins and we were off! It was a little confusion getting to the gangway though but after that, smooth transition.

@ChristieC84, glad you had a good cruise. I could not agree more w/ you on enforcing “the washy-washy” before & after leaving the dining areas, and, the bathrooms. Yes, I saw first hand how people came in/out of the bathroom & never even bothered to rinse, let alone wash their hands. So gross! I just don’t understand why people would risk their health & others by avoiding something so simple & yet so important. I too will be cruising for a 2nd time on the Meraviglia & look forward to see what if any improvements have been made since I last sailed in May of 2023 out of New York. Thanks for sharing & happy cruising 🤩⚓️😎❣️‼️
