Review summary

Very misleading! Everything is extra! We bought dinner packages for specialty restaurants and were charged extra anyways. Charged for sparkling water in restaurants regardless of having drink packages. The breakfast buffet is a madhouse as if people have never eaten! Nothing but cold food!

Not our experience at all, we were just on last month. Have you cruised before? We rarely ever pay anything extra and have the best time. We did not get charged for anything extra we didn't know about, we had anything we wanted to drink at dinner but had easy plus, maybe go to guest services to review what your package includes. We research all that ahead of time. Never had cold food either. Try to make the best of it, or try a small ship next time maybe.

Sorry you had a bad experience. That really stinks about the cold buffet food! I’m worried about a lot of the complaints I keep hearing regarding MSC. We are booked for 2024 and hoping that they can fix these problems moving forward. You shouldn’t have to book a yacht club room to get warm food and sparkling water! If you have a drink package, the sparkling water should definitely be included. You’ve already paid enough for the cruise as it is, it’s just water and warm food that we’re asking for. 🤣🤣🤣

Sorry your experience stinks so far! You might try your formal dining room for breakfast. Usually more controlled and organized.

Sparkling water isn't included in the Easy Plus package... only the premium package. Book Yacht Club next time, you won't be disappointed.
