Besides the food issues we loved the ship and had a good time making new friends and seeing the ports.

We arrived at 11:41 and were through security and on the boat at 12:41pm. Was a little disorganized but other then that pretty fast

We had a 9:30 dinner time and the service was terrible, food was cold and servers were not helpful. We had an empty drink sitting at our table the entire dinner one night. They took the fork and knives and never took the empty drink away or asked if we wanted another. The steak and lobster night was a dry well done steak and rubbery lobster with no butter sauce given. The main buffet was not any better the breakfast was the worst and I love breakfast, but do not enjoy under cooked scrambled egg soup. They were not even cooked all the way. The bacon was just a greasy mess.

Went down the water slides and did the ropes course.

Did not see the paid shows but the ones we did were good.

The ones who made the trip for us was the bartenders in the Sky lounge, Francisco and Brian are the best.

The room was nice the one issue my GF had was the hair dryer sounded like it was going to explode and actually sucked her hair into it. When it was brought to the attention of guest services seemed like they didn’t care we had to rip her hair out of hair dryer
