All in all it was okay. Out of all of the cruises I've been on this was the worst. Boat smelled like cesspool, casino smelled terrible, asked for ice and ice water at two of the shows and got a sour face from the waiters. Windows that I paid $400 extra for were dirty to the point we could not see outside. Royal Caribbean lost me previous cruise info. Should be a gold member by now. Itinerary for activities needs to be laid out better

Overall cruise was a beautiful experience an I would do it again!

This is the rockiest of any cruise I've ever taken (about 40 cruises). We had to leave Nassau early because of the oncoming storm. Ship was very rocky for about 24 hours, but the Captain kept us safe and the staff was very attentive.

I/we got to relax and unwind after a long hard work year. I/we didn't really want to party, drink or go off ship and so that was what we did. My biggest detraction was the number of poorly behaved kids on this trip, I know it was their vacation too but where have manners gone?

Always enjoy this ship, staff and itinerary. Easy to get to, great deals to be had. Perfect for a family of 4 and extended family vacation. Added bonus was our favorite Cruise Director, Hello Clo! was on and it made the trip even more special!

This was my first cruise, it won’t be my last. This is not a huge ship to sail on but it’s less a floating city than it is a floating community. It has an intimate feel to it. The staff were all super nice and personable and service is terrific. Overall I’m very happy. I’d go again.

One word- Awful . We will never cruise on this ship ever again.

We enjoy getting away from winter. Baltimore is a convenient drive and royal Caribbean is about our favorite cruise line. Especially for the value. We will continue on Royal, when possible, We are going to Greenland next year and Royal does not go there. Otherwise, we would be on Royal for that one too.

Overall a terrific cruise experience! Waiters were great, on board entertainment was varied & fun & it was very clean. We had a great time. The only drawback was the missed port at Nassau.

Cruise out of Baltimore. We were suppose to visit Port Canaveral, Nassau and CoCo Cay. However, they skipped Nassau all together and changed the whole itinerary. We were extremely disappointed.

WORST CRUISE I HAVE EVER BEEN ON WITH ROYAL CARIBBEAN

My family had a great time. Only disappointment is in weather and skipping Nassau due to bad weather. Feel that cruise line should have had a back up plan and chosen another destination instead of just dropping the 1 day from itinerary. Staff and food were amazing.

The overall experience was good. The staff providing us service was excellent. There were a lot of activities to participate in and they were fun. Since it was a smaller ship going to Florida was a little rocky (the ship had to drive faster during this time) causing me to get sea sick. But after day 2 I was fine.

One complaint is that they nickel and dime you for everything and constantly bug you about the specialty restaurants. You would think being a new years eve cruise there would have been party favors/hats/noise makers and music to all hours of the AM. NO ONCE AGAIN THINS SHUT DOWN! Should have done CARNIVAL I GUESS for the entertainment

My family and I all agree that this cruise was so bad that we will never waste our money on another cruise again.

You get what you pay for, and sometimes that's ok. We knew the food would be good, not great. We knew the ship was old and smaller. We had to been to most of the ports before. But we saved enough money to make it worth it.

Our itinerary had us back in the USA in the middle of the cruise. This meant we had to clear customs and immigration in Port Canaveral, not in Baltimore after the cruise ended. Our deck (deck #8) was the first to exit. We had to be off the ship between 6:30 and 6:45 a.m. Then, we had to sit in the terminal until 9:15 a.m. when the ship reached a zero count and was cleared to reboard passengers. We'll never book a similar itinerary again. At times, smoke odor from the Casino permeated the Centrum. We couldn't participate in some of the Centrum entertainment because of that.

My overview of this cruise was excellent and offered a variety of fun-filled activities, entertainment and relaxing when needed.

Everything was great! The Crew, Ports, Food, Ship,and Activities were top-notch! I can hardly wait to book another cruise on The Grandeur of the Seas!

All in all our cruise was a wonderful experience that really surpassed our expectations.
