Go away, COVID. I badly need a cruise.

Cruising is not for you.

One of the reasons that I enjoy cruising is to meet the wonderful people that are on board. I hope never to be on a cruise with people with such a negative outlook. Love the Grandeur.

So even though the staff was friendly, you still only have them 3 stars because you were mad ? Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I don't understand how all the other reviews give getting on and off the ship 4 or 5 stars, you rated it so low.

We were on the same cruise with two kids (six and ten) and all of us had a great time! This was my first RC cruise as I cruised previously with Celebrity. Yes, the ship was older and smaller than we are use to, but we knew that when booking the cruise. Yes, hubby and I were definitely disappointed with having to sit overnight in the Chesapeake Bay and missing out on Nassau, but like others say, a cruise is what you make it! We had a ball in both Coco Cay and Port Canaveral! The only excursion we had booked in Port Canaveral was the Lone Cabbage Airboat. It was fantastic! Once we were done that we explored Port Canaveral on our own then when we did everything we took an Uber to golf nā€™gator (suggested by a few locals). Uber round trip cost $24 and was super easy. Matter of fact this was the first time we took an Uber ever! Cruises arenā€™t for everyone unfortunately. I hope people read more than just this ā€œbadā€ review for the Grandeur, because just like I said in my review of the ship, sheā€™s a diamond in the rough.

Cruise lines have no control over weather and that is part of cruising as it is not a exact science. If you want it to always be perfect, do not cruise.

I agree with the other comments. We are sailing on Granduer for the 3rd time and can't wait.

When you book a cruise, research first. If you wanted all the bells and whistles you chose the wrong ship. If you wanted a great crew and a relaxing trip, choose Grandeur. You also chose to cruise out of Baltimore so the weather will not be warm the entire trip. Next time research before so you won't need to complain after.

A cruise is what you make it,you could have choose to enjoy the person or people you were with, rather than concentrating on all the negatives of the ship and the weather,I do hope that your next will be more enjoyable! Good luck!

Why didnā€™t you visit CocoCay this time.? Itā€™s done.

Sounds like cruising isnā€™t for you. Not sure why you were yelling (ALL CAPS) for the whole review.

Wow... sorry about your trip. We love the Grandeur because it is smaller and more relaxing. If you want all the jam packed activities, you need to research other ships for sure.
