Review summaryOne complaint is that they nickel and dime you for everything and constantly bug you about the specialty restaurants. You would think being a new years eve cruise there would have been party favors/hats/noise makers and music to all hours of the AM. NO ONCE AGAIN THINS SHUT DOWN! Should have done CARNIVAL I GUESS for the entertainment
Food and Dining
Food was cold, especially at breakfast. Dinner was okay.
Viking Crown Lounge
Beautiful and the service was great
Boring. We wet down for a couple games and no one as there. Kind of ruined it for any further activity
Very good but the bar tenders need to smile more, if it wasn't for the waiters I would have given them a 2
Great Gatsby Dining Room
Fantastic experience! Waiters Jevan and Huang were the best. Remembered all our likes and dislikes. Planned ahead and were on the top of their game. Could not have asked for better service. Also was amazed to see the Head waiter work with his team. He was very personable. I did see him reprimand a worker in public and take over. I am not sure what this was all about but it could have been handled a little more gently in public view.
Opened too late and closed too soon
Too hot. Needed to open the roof at port so there would have been some air flow! Also Vitan or Tisan (one of the waiters in a white shirt) was very rude. I had asked for a cloth to wipe off a table so 6 of us could sit and he told be RUDELY to just get another table. I did not ask him to wipe it I was going to do myself. He was more concerned about checking the coffee pot, after my inquiry, than assisting a client. He was down right rude! Then had the audacity to approach us and ask us f we had an issue. UNPROFESSIONAL. He needs his stripes taken away and go back to collecting trash until he learns what customer service is all about.
Not enough choices very small
Liquor and Sundries
The young man who assisted us here was fantasti. He was very attentive to our questions and needs. Only mistake was when our liquor was delivered to our state room two bottles were wrong. Bruce, Cabin Steward, had us take it back asap and they exchanged it without issues. Great customer service.
Nice and clean a bit pricy
Very nice but the bar tender could have smiled more. Kept fairly clean
Show was okay and the seats were way to small!

Make sure there is only one ship at COCO Cay. Okay for older folks over 70 because everything closes except for the casino
