Review summary

My family had a great time. Only disappointment is in weather and skipping Nassau due to bad weather. Feel that cruise line should have had a back up plan and chosen another destination instead of just dropping the 1 day from itinerary. Staff and food were amazing.

The backup plan is a seaday. They can't just chang ports, too many other ships out there.

Glad you enjoyed and the weather is out of the ships control.

Backup plan is usually a extra sea day instead of port day.

Ships can't just pull in and park. Berths have to be booked months in advance. It costs to book Berths and no cruise line is going to pay for one to leave empty. Read your T&C it states no port can be guaranteed.

Glad you enjoyed it. As far as missing Nassau and having a back-up plan, it’s not always as easy to go somewhere else with a cruise ship. There may not be another nearby location, the nearest port may already be fully booked, etc.

So glad that you could enjoy yourself even after missing Nassau!
