All in all our cruise was a wonderful experience that really surpassed our expectations.
Embarkation

The embarkation process was very easy, fast, and did not take more than 15 minutes
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The dining rooms were excellent. Whenever you needed a snack, a quick meal, or if you wanted to eat dinner at any time you could go to Windjammer. It had an excellent array of different foods everyday and it is organized in a buffet style so you can eat as much as you want. The Great Gatsby dining hall was also an amazing experience that had amazing food and even better waiters and waitresses. You are assigned the same waiter and assistant waiter for the whole trip, and over the course of the cruise the waiters go out of their way to provide the best possible service you could get.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
There is an outdoor pool on the top deck that was very nice, as well as an indoor pool for the adults which was very relaxing. My kids spent many days playing ping pong and went rock climbing on the top deck as well which was very entertaining for them, however there are not slides or as many activities as other boats, but it was still very fun. My wife and I also often times visited the spa and got massages and my wife got acupuncture.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
The shows on stage had a wide range genres. Some were comedy acts which are very entertaining, others were concerts with bands, and others were game shows.
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
There is a game room for the younger kids that features arcade games, as well as another game/ kids hangout area on the top floor that offers other children entertainment.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The service we received was absolutely superb. The staff members on the ship are extremely diverse and range from all parts of the world. It was also nice because at the end of our stay there was a celebration of all the countries in which the staff members were from. Our maid was from the Phillipenes and she participated in the celebration. She was so nice and understanding of our schedule and would wait until we were at dinner to set up our room for the night, or wait till we were at breakfast to set it up for the morning. Our waiters in the Great Gatsby were PHENOMENAL!! Our assistant waiter, Andrii, was from Ukraine and very nice and caring. He was extremely hard working and would cater to our every needs as soon as we asked him to. Our main waiter, Allen, was from the phillepenes and was very quick with our food and service. Also, all of the drink waiters at Windjammers were so helpful, and would often times get you a drink even though it is a buffet style and you would normally have to get your own drink in normal buffet restaurants.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The shop was very clean, organized and laid out very easily. In the elevators there is a description as to what activities or ammenities are offered on each floor which made it very easy to find a place in the shop. There are also touch pad screens offered outside main locations, like the casino or the Great Gatsby, that would provide you directions on how to get to a certain place in the fastest time.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
We booked a balcony cabin, which I HIGHLY recommend if you are going on any cruise navies it will allow you to go outside to a private place at any point and get some air outside of your cabin. We had also heard from previous cruise goers that normal cabins are generally on the smaller size, which is correct, however the makers of the cabin do maximize your storage so you will have plenty of space for clothings and belongings if you are packing for even a 7 night trip. Even though the rooms are a little small. They are very clean and well organized.
Ship tip
I would advice you to book a balcony room, and to become friends or know more about the staff members because we got to learn a lot about the people on the ship.
We visit baltimore a lot since we only live about 45 minutes from it. It is a beautiful city with great food, but but in the bay in which you board the ship, it does smell a little. However that goes away once you start moving out of the bay.
Port Canaveral was an interesting city in which my family and I learned a lot about. We did not book anything on this day, so we took advantage of our time and visited a mall nearby the dock.
Coco Cay was my family’s favorite part. The massive waterpark provide endless fun for my two teenagers in which they were able to go around and explore and go on whatever rides they wanted you. The really tall slide was also a big hit even for me, and I don’t generally like big slides, but it was really cool. We also visited the beach and that was lots of fun too cause we were able to see a sea slug in the water.
In the Bahamas my family went snorkeling which was A LOT OF FUN! My whole family whole heartedly believes that it was the best way to spend the day cause we were able to see all different types of marine wildlife. The food in the Bahamas was also amazing. The food perfectly embraced the culture of the islands.
