Smaller ship with great baked goods. Food was good. It does not have a coffee and bakery shop like most of the ships. Love the Happy Hour. Tamarind Restaurant is very good.

While relaxing overall the cruise was a little disappointing. The overall food experience, except for the Tamarind, was not up to the usual quality. Food took 45 minutes to receive and then it was luke warm. Iced tea was very weak and had a coffee taste. Wine tasting on ship did not compare to the quality of the ones we had always experienced numerous times before.

Overall I wish I had taken a larger more "alive" ship to these ports. I think Holland America catered to a much older crowd and the music for the most part was boring (the Ocean Lounge had the same soft jazz group play for all 11 days!!). The main show seemed to miss the point (women in music) on several fronts. The food variety was lacking. I likely won't sail this ship again and will pay more attention next time I do sail with Holland America. I think this ship is not well suited for the Caribbean traveler.

It was a very relaxing cruise with great food, great service and great mainstage entertainment.

This cruise has turned us off cruising for a very long time.

Food & service was amazing. Like that they wait on you for drinks at the Lido. Most other cruise lines you have to get you’re own drinks at the Lido cafe.

This was our 20th cruise on a variety of ships and cruise lines. HAL and Celebrity are our favorites. We didn't have one problem to correct and even the accounting was flawless! The industry has changed over the years, and I'm sure the cruising public has as well. It's hard not to miss some of the things we enjoyed about cruising years ago..., the midnight buffet, lobster, steak and prime rib offered at no up-charge, overall dressing for evenings and many little things..., but one must change with the times and still be competitive in today's market. Holland America appeals to us for the smaller ships and overall ambience and quality. This was a very pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable cruise!

Overall, we had a great time (4 family members with an 8-year-old). We played pickleball every day and the food venues were decent. The ship is older but well maintained. The price was reasonable. The Have-it-all package was reasonably priced ($60/day) but the price for the child was also the same (should be discounted). Child could not use the internet (that was corrected after much discussion with the ship customer service).

This was a completely enjoyable, relaxing and memorable cruise. The cruise line was top shelf, the staff was excellent, and it was everything we expected.

Great ports, but the over priced excursions are not worth the price! Do your research on the island and hire a taxi cab, so easy, and 1/4 of the price.

While my husband and I are 73 & 69 respectively, we are too young for this cruise. Many of the passengers were using walker's, wheelchairs, scooters or canes. The activities available (cards, boardgames, jigsaw puzzles) were more conducive to those who have difficulty getting around or who don't have the energy to stay up late. All organized activities and dancing venues end/are closed by 10:30p and there is nothing to do after that. Felt like I was in an assisted living facility.

The only real low point was the erratic internet. Our understanding is that it will be changed. The ship's app was ok, but I failed to understand why we were not provided with a final bill until we were home three days later. I'm sure that there is a means to dispute individual transactions, but it just is poor customer service.

Time in port was too short. Icy Strait and Victoria were essentially at night. We have been on 10 Holland America cruises. We think food and activities have been down-graded. Many, many food items on the menus have an added cost. We tried room service breakfast once. We did this many times on previous cruises. The menu for this service is now very, very limited.

All staff very nice and professional. Anything we wanted/needed was at our fingertips. Superb sights. An overall wonderful and relaxing experience.

This was my first Alaska cruise, and I definitely picked the right line. I loved going to Alaska on HAL. I'm not the "party cruise" type. This was a relaxing, and upscale experience. The EXC talks in the World Stage really enhanced my cruise. I learned so much about Alaska and the ports before I had even arrived. The entertainment was top-notch. I would definitely recommend Eurodam to anyone.

Very effective involvement with Southeastern Alaska with good viewings from the balcony. Attended with a company of 8, 4 brothers and their wives. After the first night, we had to make arrangements to dine together, as we were not placed with each other by the cruise ship, even though we scheduled together.

I wasn't really impressed with food quality, restaurant selections other than steakhouse or with variety of shows. The only thing I found to be better than other cruise line ships is really few children, less rowdy people older mature groups of people and nice size pool.

The ship was good but very disorganized Lido was closed during certain time so hard to get anything to eat during those times and if a big majority of people were looking to eat there was limited setting. The ports visited were too short stop at Victoria shouldn’t even happened. Lucky we had been there twice before not on a cruise. One of the worse cruises we have been on!
