The food was sub-par. We were given 3 choices for dinner in the dining room. Anything good on the menu was separate and would cost $25 more!

Disembarkation
We were stopped at the front door treated like criminals. They said we didn't pay for the alcohol we had with us, but we said we were given $100 each onboard credit. They said we did NOT have ANY onboard credit and made us each pay $100 for the alcohol. We want our $100 each back!!!

I wasn't there to witness your experience, but I have cruised on the Eurodam many times and never had a terrible experience. Food has been good, service outstanding and the ship, though older, is a beautiful ship. I think this review was inspired by an unfortunate experience with booze. Definitely encourage you to stay away from cruising for a long time.
