Q: My husband will need distilled water and extension cord for his CPAP. How do I request these items?
A: You can bring them yourself. You’re allowed with a cpap.

A: You can purchase a gallon of distilled water from the HAL ship's stores prior to the cruise, and they will have it ready for you in your stateroom. As I recall, it was around $4. And you can bring an extension cord in your CPAP case.

A: we bought the same package. I understand it to be free wifi, one night in a specialty restaurant, tips, alcohol package which includes sodas and juices.

A: HIA does not include crew gratuities. Suggest preparing the gratuities prior to your cruise. this will be our 2nd HIA cruise. well worth it.

A: We are on Eurodam in March. We have 2 specialty dining, free gratuities, beverage package (including alcohol), and $200 excursion credit. Ours could be more because we’re a 10 night.

A: $17 per day (cdn) per person. Have It All does not include gratuities. you can prepay on line or have it added daily on your credit card on the cruise

A: No. they have a small blue bag you can fill that cost $20per while sailing in the Caribbean or $30per bag if you're sailing the Mediterranean.

A: don't think holland cruise lines have laundry rooms....they do after the first or second day will give you a laundry bag ...you fill it and it costs 20 bucks
