Ours is 5-star. Haven't read other reviews yet, but I can't imagine what world people are living in that went on our cruise and gave a bad review.

BB King Blues club was fun! If you do not want to get fancy for Gala Night in Dining Room, they had the same menu on the Lido.

The Crowsnest allowed fabulous views while being inside in comfort.
If you can afford it, get a Neptune Suite. It is like being on a different ship from the rest of the passengers.

The Silk Den was always a quiet bar with a great view...an alternative to the Crowsnest.
Book all that you can in advance through HAL's website, such as wine packages, spa packages, massage, etc... it avoids having to rush around when you arrive and you can enjoy just exploring the ship. Whatever happens, relax and enjoy it! You aren't working!
Anytime dining was a little spotty. Make reservations early.
We always tell the room steward to empty the fridge. That lets us use it and we don't have to worry about any charges.
If your looking for entertainment, not enough.
Be sure to try breakfast and lunch in the main dining room. Good food & service. Avoid the frenzied crowds.

Do not book this ship, you will be mad at yourself.
Go on trips that take you to only two ports and you can spend more time on shore.
