Review summary

The only real low point was the erratic internet. Our understanding is that it will be changed. The ship's app was ok, but I failed to understand why we were not provided with a final bill until we were home three days later. I'm sure that there is a means to dispute individual transactions, but it just is poor customer service.

Generally a really nice cabin, a bit of a squeeze between the bed and the wall when going from bathroom to the balcony.

Went to the Scarlet Macaw rescue center. Great tour then on a boat ride that was pretty good.

Did a tour around the island that was good. Would have preferred to reduce the number of sea days and perhaps visited other Caribbean locations.

Thanks for the review. Glad you overall enjoyed your cruise. Internet on the ship just isn’t as reliable as at home. I try to check ship account every couple of days and before leaving ship to be sure it all is right.

Glad you enjoyed your cruise. As an FYI, you can view your shipboard account and expenses any time on the app or on your stateroom TV. You can even get a printout from the kiosks located near Guest Services. Very few cruise lines automatically print out a hard copy of each guest's accounts and leave it in their cabin or mailbox any more.
