This was a completely enjoyable, relaxing and memorable cruise. The cruise line was top shelf, the staff was excellent, and it was everything we expected.

The pool area was never crowded, the spa was, especially the thermal suite was great. Fitness area was clean and available for our time schedule.

I would have given the HAL team 5 stars on this one but the comedian, Tracey McDonald, was undoubtedly the worst entertainer we've ever seen. HAL should be embarrassed by her tasteless and unprofessional performances. Everyone else was fantastic.

All the crew were over the top, our room stewards were great. The team in the dining room were excellent. Five stars all the way around.

Ship was clean and easy to get around. The day after Thanksgiving it had been decorated for Christmas...a real overnight surprise.

We like aft cabins and this one met our expectations. It was a little smaller than others we've had but all in all it was fine.
