We had an incredible time on this trip and enjoyed literally every minute! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Carnival Horizon and this route.....very fun!

Lots of fun, but a few disappointments. Verly clean ship. The most friendly, personable, great staff. Dining room food was exceptional. Buffet was never open when we needed it. Great pizza and burgers, but always had very long lines. Excursions were fair at best. Pamphlet was a little deceiving. Customer Service lines were always hours long, that seems ridiculous.

The lines were very long and we think the boat was understaffed. "Stefjan the Croatian Sensation" was horrible to us and should be fired from the customer service industry.

The ship was at 103% capacity. There were a lot of first timers and tweens/teens. The teens were causing havoc throughout the entire cruise. Security was called several times by myself. You could also overhear many conversations of others saying the same thing, as well as our room steward. About how terrible this group was all week. Including when they threatened to push us down the stairs and knocking on the door at 3am because they thought it would be fun. Other than the lack of parenting and obnoxious behavior by this age group, everything else was great!

We assumed that most of the negatives were connected with Covid and short staff.

The ship layout didn't like ...the food was boreing the same every morning....overall food could be improved.....even the Steakhouse has service issues.....it seems they are wanting us to pay extra for meals to get anything worth eating.....no variety in main dining room either....the ship was clean their service staff was so kind and patient with all of us....need more tables on decks to sit at instead of chaises...pools too small for so many passengers we will not be back to Carnival same price but less enjoyable then RCL

The carnival crew was not friendly, the food was nasty at the main dining area the only bars you can enjoy is blue iguana or tide bar. Under age Kids party with everyone. There is nothing to do after hours

Carnival are experts at making a good time. Younger crowd, busy, but new clean boat and great value if it comes in cheaper than other cruise lines. Free food options are less than say Royal, not classy either, but actually much tastier food than more expensive lines. They know how to make stuff delicious!

We had an excellent time on board the cruise. We were disappointed in the itinerary change, but the had a great time.

This was the last vacation our family had before my son leaves for the Marines. We dealt with security on three separate occasions. There were a pack of boys stalking and bullying my son. They put threats on our family and really hindered our vacation. Security stated if they continued to harrass, the boys would be taken off the ship. This did not happen. The security team listened but continued to provide no reassurance anything would be done. When we went to a buffet line, the boys would show up and call names and harrass my children. At one point, one of the boys put their hands on my sons chin and said he was going to beat his ass. The boys also stated they were going to rape myself as well as my daughters. Security did absolutely nothing. On the 3rd meeting with myself and security, they finally stated they would patrol the area of our floor. This was due to the group sitting on the floor in our hallway while we were at dinner. We would come back to dinner to the group of boys haning out by the room or the steps by our room. When we were going to a port of cal, the boy ran past our family and called my son a slur. Our vacation from day 4 on was absolutely ruined. My daughters were afraid to leave the stateroom on their ownm go to the buffet, or simply go to a show by themselves. My son was told he better watch his back while going into a bathroom due to the group "jumping him." Security stated they were going to speak with the families-yet it continued.

I am giving you the feedback to get better, for me, I try to enjoy everything and find a way to be happy and enjoy life. Me and my husband had a great time, yes during dinner time, we had to try 2 or 3 plates to find a good one, but that is okay. Drinks the same, visit different bars to get a good bushwacker. The Carnival Chocolate Cake (more than one time we got it and it wasn't well done) very watery :-( but we continue to order it and some of them were good. Looking forward to our next one

We were extremely unhappy that Carnival waited until Less than 14 days to CHANGE the WHOLE ITINERARY!!! We specifically chose the cruise based on the Ports of Call. We understand that issues can arise while cruising and changes may be necessary, but to change EVERY PORT when a traveler has very limited options to make changes is disingenuous. In situations like this, Carnival should offer some type of compensation for having made a change of that magnitude. Yes, it's in the contract they can make changes, but with all the cruise companies available to travelers, you would think they would want to do something to make it right. I voiced this issue to multiple Carnival customer service reps and was given the standard line that "it's a difficult time.." blah blah blah. We really aren't sure if we'll travel with Carnival again.

New ship, fun features, this is one of the newest ship and it is nice.

Friendly crew, clean ship. So good to be cruising again!

We truly enjoyed going to all the ports but was probably one of the worst cruises we ever had on ship. We loved this ship the first time but it was really different this time. We are not cruisers that require a lot but it was totally out of Carnival character. This was our fifth cruise since they started back and it was truly the worst.

We really enjoyed our experience on the Horizon. Take it easy, don't let little things get to you, take time to talk to people around you especially the friendly staff. It's a wonderful vacation.

Overall it was a good vacation. I will possibly book with Carnival again.
