Lots of fun, but a few disappointments. Verly clean ship. The most friendly, personable, great staff. Dining room food was exceptional. Buffet was never open when we needed it. Great pizza and burgers, but always had very long lines. Excursions were fair at best. Pamphlet was a little deceiving. Customer Service lines were always hours long, that seems ridiculous.

The main restaurant was AMAZING! Such good food, great variety, quality. Vicxon, our waiter was the absolute BEST. Couldn't have had better service, attentiveness, kindness, fun, personalble. knew our names after the first night. Remembered what we liked. I have never had such a wonderful waiter! The dining room gets 5 stars!
The buffet was extremely dissapointing. Not much variety, very small, but the worst was it never seemed to be open! When we needed it the most, it was always closed to switch over to the next meal. Between meals is when you need the buffet for a snack. When we would come back from the excursions exhausted and hungry and needed something to tide us over till dinner, the buffet was closed from 4 to 6. Pretty annoying.
The Pizza place, Guy's Hamburger joint, The taco bar and the seafood shack were all yummy , exceptional food if you were willing to wait in line for AT LEAST 45 minutes. Most times there was no food readily available, kind-of a bummer.

DJ Scratchy was very fun and interactive. Stage shows were well done, they put in a lot of effort. The dancers were fair, but still entertaining.

Our room steward Marlo, took wonderful care of us. So friendly, kind, respectful, kept our room spotless. He was adorable! As mentioned earlier, Vixcon was exceptionally great! And his helper Stevens was also fun and super attentive!

Exceptionally clean! So many people constantly cleaning! Everywhere was so clean!
The ship seemed a little more confusing than other ships we've been on, but that could be just because we are getting old! By the end of the week, we almost had things figured out!
Cabin / Stateroom

Great cabin. Very comfortable mattress and bedding. Exceptionally clean.
I wish our balcony was a tiny bit bigger, and the railing seemed bulky and blocked our view more than other ships we've been on.
Dunn river falls, experience of a lifetime! So beautiful. I wish I could remember the name of our guide, because he was so fabulous! He took our safety very seriously, but made sure we had such a fun time!
Passion Island. The biggest problem was that the description in the pamphlet did not match reality at all!!! It described a speed catamaran ride. It was about as slow a ride as molasses. Took an hour. That would have been fine if that was what we were told to expect. They described crystal clear, blue water, it was muddy and murky. They described white, prestine sand, it was dirty and gross. They said there was options for paddle boards, kayaking, games, there was nothing like that! The food was average. Over all, extremely underwhelming and deceiving. Super big bummer!! We wanted to get our money back, honestly. Feel like we got ripped off! We spent a ton of money and traveled so far to get a glimpse of Cozumel and we felt like we were on the shores of The Great Salt Lake!
Sounds like a great trip! The ship personnel, without a doubt make cruises what they are! I love getting to know them for the short time spent together.
