I booked this trip in January or so. this was my first for a lot of things. My first time on a cruise, my first time out of the USA and solo sailing! So, I had a lot of anticipation building up. It lived up to expectations. It has opened up a new chapter for me.

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed it to the fullest

Won't do this cruise again. I'm platinum with carnival and so disappointed with how it's become.

Nice time, just wish that the water pipe had not burst but on the positive Carnival did comp us for the inconvenience.

It was a nice cruise if people would just stay in line like they should at different places

The cruise itself was very fun and entertaining. We had a bit of trouble with the cruise personnel as they continuously skipped our numbers and got our luggage incorrect. I also had several situation where the cruise line had taken out my onboard purchases by the purchase, then turned around and decided to take out the same amount but in a lump sum. The first time was on the cruise, and the second time was after I had gotten off, now my account that I had used for spending on the cruise is negative and the charges are still pending because Carnival took out two identical payments. One being in single charges, and one being a lump sum. They are equal in amount, however, I cannot use this account because the charges are still pending.

The ABC islands are wonderful, and the extended stay in two ports is a bonus. Will definitely take that trip again. Horizon is a nice ship, with a few issues (condensation/dripping ceilings), and has ample food options and entertainment.

It was a very fun, enjoyable trip. Looking forward to our next cruise.

The locations/ports were great...but extremely hot...stay hydrated!

My room was very comfortable and well appointed. The steward made sure we returned to a clean room daily and was very attentive to our needs.

First experience will be cruising again awesome job server housekeeping restaurants had plenty of fun lots of show stuff to keep your mind /body occupied love look

Not overwhelmed but it was a nice cruise. Could have been better food wise, better service at dinner, smart elevators were awful, and a pool for adults. The performers were fantastic, and most of the ship staff were really nice. I liked the decor, much better than other carnival cruises I’ve been on.

This was our first cruise. We had so much fun and can't wait to cruise again. For the most part it was perfection

For a first time cruiser I was a little disappointed there wasn't someone to help us out a little more and explain things. The Hub app was nice but I didn't like having to have my phone on me all the time, plus the Wifi kept dropping. Overall we both loved the cruise. The balcony was amazing.

We had a great time on thus cruise. The ship was good, the entertainment was fantastic, Robby our cruise director was great!!! We would definitely cruise Carnival and on the Horizon again

Carnival was a carnival. Covid rampant. Loved cove balcony.

Aruba was a wonderful port of call and the Horizon is a nice ship. The activities and entertainment were good. The big negative was our dining room experience. Pig and Anchor had great BBQ and the service was much better there than inside the dining room.
