Review summary

The carnival crew was not friendly, the food was nasty at the main dining area the only bars you can enjoy is blue iguana or tide bar. Under age Kids party with everyone. There is nothing to do after hours

cydney We loved the Alchemy bar and enjoyed the bartenders and the fellow cruisers we met. They do have a social media page with a lot of pics. 😀

MargieRita, Definitely did as the Ship was leaving port. Throughout the cruise they did have security go to the decks where this was occurring. If they were able to pinpoint I don’t know.

Wow. Very unfortunate. My husband and I and 11 others were on the Horizon in July 2019. There were a few food items I didn’t care for but on a whole it was good. Kids and teenagers were well behaved. Witnessed no fights or altercations. Drinks were good. But great at the Alchemy Bar which we frequented every night. Sorry you had an undesirable cruise. Hopefully your future cruises whether on Carnival or a different cruise line will be pleasant.

Sounds like you and LadeeS were surrounded by a bunch of spring breakers. Did y’all complain to the service desk or security about the weed smoking/smoking on balconies?

I completely understand your review. This itinerary was the 2nd part of the back to back we were on. Between the two fights on the Lido deck, the poor service in MDR for breakfast, the weed smoking on the balcony before we left Miami and throughout the cruise, the cigarette smoking also on the balconies, the smoking drunk A-cappella singers below us. I cannot forget the connecting balconies with the slamming doors and people screaming “Who’s slamming doors”!! Oh yeah, and the music and singing on the right. I can honestly say this was not a good cruise.
