We had an excellent time on board the cruise. We were disappointed in the itinerary change, but the had a great time.

There was a private area that one needed to have wrist band to get into that was very quiet. I am guessing for those that purchased the more elite staterooms. I could have done that, but I like to be up a bit higher than what I saw those room were. Why not have a one time fee if individuals want to go in that area, and did not but the stateroom. If there is such a thing, no one told us about that. Only that one had to have a wrist band to get in. My husband and I like it quiet and would have enjoyed spending time there, even if we had to pay a fee. If that does exist, I would like some information for future reference. Thank you.

We enjoyed the comedy shows very much. I would have like to have seen a magic or show or a ventriloquist.
Service and Staff

The staff was great. Petru and his team (Avil and Errol) in the main dining room were really exceptional. We purposely requested his section several times, because we were very impressed by the service and friendliness we received. If they are reading this, this is Jeff and Bill. We really enjoyed our dining room experiences with Petru and his team (Avil and Errol). Our room steward Ketut was also exceptional and went out of his way to make our room experience just wonderful. He had animals on our bed everyday, and would straighten our room even if he had left. I thought he did a great job.
The only negative thing or an area for improvement would be the bar staff in the casino and in some of the entertainment areas such as the Comedy club. Sometimes, in the casino, we would wait a long time to get served by the bar wait staff and it was faster to just go get it ourselves. Sometimes, we would waive to get their attention but they didn't see us. It seems that they need more bar attendants in the casino during busy times. However, they were always friendly and kind and doing the best they could. I think that is more of a labor issue than a service issue.

As I said earlier, Ketut did a beautiful job in keeping our cabin clean and tidy.

It's a big ship and lot of walking. However, everyone was very nice and helpful and made our experience a great one.
