We got to get on earlier than scheduled. It moved a long nicely, but the elevators were a challenge. Some people didn't realize to press the button outside for as many people in their group.

All the food was great and fresh except for one. During the sea day brunch I got the fried chicken and it was dry and bland.

Onboard Activities

I stayed in a Havana Cabana and private access to the pool/bar area was a much appreciated reprieve from the Lido and Splash pool areas.

Entertainment

Horizon Rock Band were the best musicians on board. The Celestial Strings performance was the best from the entertainment crew.

Service and Staff

The bartenders in Havana were the best. Anak and Jose Louis! Waiters were mostly great - twice I had them forgot/delay on requests in the dining room. Webster was a great steward. The bartenders on Lido deck seemed understaffed/undertrained. The urgency and cooperation could use some work to get those drinks out. The server gave me a Bahama Mama when I asked for a Paloma.
