I am giving you the feedback to get better, for me, I try to enjoy everything and find a way to be happy and enjoy life. Me and my husband had a great time, yes during dinner time, we had to try 2 or 3 plates to find a good one, but that is okay. Drinks the same, visit different bars to get a good bushwacker. The Carnival Chocolate Cake (more than one time we got it and it wasn't well done) very watery :-( but we continue to order it and some of them were good. Looking forward to our next one

As for my service it was excellent, Bhayu was the best, very friendly, knew our names, and my room was ALWAYS ready. Great smile, very attentive and thoughful

Yes, we did the Van rental excursion, Manny and Israel did an amazing job, took us around Puerto Plata and we learned so much about the town and visit many places and the beautiful beach. Loved it
didn't do excursions, we walked to the beach by Margarita Village (perfect water). Really dislike the sale's people around the town, super pushy and rude. We got back to the cruise before 1pm.
getting out of the cruise busy but good, outside of the port the bus/shutter service horrible, no organization whatsoever. We took a uber to get to our parking garage due to the rudeness of people and no organization form the shutter companies.
That's exactly the attitude we need to enjoy life. Glad it was an enjoyable experience. We're booked on Horizon 9/25th and we are ready to relax on one of those Habana Cabana cabins. Thank you so much for your review.
