Review summary

The lines were very long and we think the boat was understaffed. "Stefjan the Croatian Sensation" was horrible to us and should be fired from the customer service industry.

On one of the nights we wanted to watch a movie so we headed to the iMax and purchased some 3d movie tickets. There was no one at the ticket counter, and the kiosk told us to pick up our 3D glasses on the way, so we headed in to the theater. There were no glasses there, so the screen was blurry and unwatchable. We checked outside again to see if someone was there to give us some, but no one was working. We head down with a few other people and they eventually sent someone up with us to check it out. She didn't do anything except apologize and still no one was up there 30 mins into a 45 minute movie. Finally, "Stefjan the Croatian Sensation" (Part of the fun squad) comes in with an attitude to give us our refunds. My sweet wife politely asked him if we could have chocolate covered strawberries as compensation for our time and he snapped back a sarcastic response as if we were entitled for wanting something in return for the cruise ship's mess up at the expense of our time. I am severely disappointed in how he treated us and he should be promptly fired from the customer service industry if he is going to snap at polite customers for asking a question. I do not think we will be cruising carnival again. This will be our first and last.
