When you first board a cruise on first day. Everyone is going straight to buffet. I suggest either tour the ship first. have a cold beer at one of the bars. Have a late lunch and enjoy our time. take it all leisure , don't rush anything. Would you enjoy this more as your on vacation.

If you want a quiet pool time for exercise or privacy, try the adult pool on Lido deck, aft at 6:30 to 7:00 every morning. Fresh coffee beside the pool and clean fresh salt water every day.

If you need a quiet whirlpool especially in the heat of the day, try going to the gym. There is a great whirlpool there only accessible through the locker rooms, it is rarely used and has a great view. Also at night both the serenity whirlpool and the aft whirlpools tended to be lightly used.

Always dine on formal nights, even though one does not have to wear formal attire. The dinners are excellent - lobster, shrimp, steak.

Make sure that you eat at Guy's Burgers and the Pizza Pirate! They are awesome. The shows are great---do not miss those!

Usually there were more people around pool at the center of the Lido Deck. If you want to avoid crowd, go to the rear of the deck. There is an "adults only" area on the Sun Deck and the Sky Deck.

TIP: if you are going to book a room--splurge and get an ocean suite and book MID ship as its easy access to all floors in either direction. Choose anytime dining so you do not have to rush for early seating or miss out on things if you have late seating.

Great ship. Very clean, with plenty to do. If I had to choose one thing, I would say that I would have like other choices besides pizza for the 24 hour service. There was nothing available except pizza and ice cream. Pizza lines were long.

My daughter and granddaughter say Serentity space is the best thing on the ship. No children quiet peace..Serene. Check it out. I love the fish and chips area. that is where the adults only pool and Jacuzzis are and It is much quieter. My favorite spot outside of my balcony

Now that they have packages for alcohol and soda, would be nice to have same option for latte/cappucino.

I would get a cabin midship if possible. On Seasick Sunday, the middle of the ship was a lot less rockier than the front or the back.

dining in the platinum room-make sure you are NOT in the back. it was so bumpy and loud from the engines. I can't believe the poor wait staff has to balance all they do with those conditions.
