Review summary

Not my favorite cruise experience, but still love cruising. Was quite disappointed with the food. And now instead of having certain seafood once or twice during the cruise, could have it every night but cost extra. Staff very helpful, kind and gracious as ever.

This is my 4th cruise and the poorest dining experience yet. Americana Cuisine was the theme, not as many food choices as previous cruises or new things to try. Buffet and burger joint were very good. Turkey for Thanksgiving was so dry was inedible. We settled for room service on this day

Elmer for steward. Visaroot for dining area. Staff always kind and gracious as usual.

Very clean. Always say staff cleaning railing, walkways, under the tables etc.

The fridge in the room never got cold.

Ship tip

Now that they have packages for alcohol and soda, would be nice to have same option for latte/cappucino.

Could you tell me if your room had it's own air conditioning controls? Was there a blower fan on the ceiling that you could leave on at night for background noise? Thanks so much!

We were on 2 weeks ago and the food was so disappointing we were excited for the breakfast burritos and they were awful! I did enjoy the pizza and Guys Burger joint and we paid for a Steakhouse and it was great but other than that food was awful! We did enjoy the nighttime shows

We had the same experience on the Glory a few months ago. Food wasn't great. Entertainment was lacking.
