We love cruising. We always cruised Norwegian (gold Latitudes) but decided to give Princess a try last year when we did a 21 day Med cruise on the Enchanted Princess. That cruise was great so we decided to give them a try for a Caribbean cruise. After this experience, we will definitely be going back to NCL.

Bites from bugs in bed. Food soso Service in main dining not good

Overall the cruise was great. We were on the Aft of the ship and there was extra noise and vibration sometime.

Princess runs a very efficient clean ship with a super friendly staff. Good was a cut above other cruise lines we have used. The perks were great which gave us value for our money.

I believe that ship should have been retired. The paint was peeling in pool and jacuzzi area. Ventilation system throughout ship was faulty. Other than being windy at those 2 ports that were canceled, i don't know why we didn't port. When we returned to Ft Lauderdale it was very windy and rainy, yet the CPT was able to stop and get rid of us all. I will NEVER cruise again. I spent a lot of money on this and it was not worth it.

As far as I'm concerned they should be refunding us a good portion of this cruise due to not stopping at half of the ports. They made this vacation a disaster and we are very dissatisfied with what we've experienced. I'll expect a response.

I was to get $250 for on board spendig. It turns out that the agent misled me and will give me a virtual gift card instead. I am waiting to see it

It was the worse cruise we were ever on. We have sailed 4 Princess cruises before, and this was the worst. Not worth the money we paid. Should have looked the age of ship before I made the reservations. It was an old ship that need to be sold or scrapped.

The quality of the team members was excellent! Very friendly, professional, and caring.

Loved it. Loved the ports but really liked having sea days to relax. I would recommend this cruise.

We love sailing with Princess. This was a great way to see the northeast of the US, and southeast of Canada.

I don't think we'll ever use Princess again. Very disappointed. Maybe our fault for not being more selective. Our past experience with Princess was very good, (15 Cruises) so we felt there was no need to worry... Again, we were proved wrong!

I booked this itinerary 2 years ago due to the limited sailings to Greenland. This was my second sailing with Princess but my 45th cruise. Not impressed with Princess, or maybe it is just this older ship. I do agree the beds are the most comfortable I have experienced.

This cruise isquite long, but we found it to be very relaxing. The Cruise director and her staff made it a fun trip.

Good times. Boat was well maintained. Food was good. Just fix the Belize tender issue and it was absolutely perfect.

The staff was very nice and helpful, there's not that much exciting activities, the shops have old/ugly merchandise. Everything closes at 10:00 & 11:00 pm

This was our first Princess cruise, the cruise was nice and there were many good selections. The ports were nice.
