Recommend Anytime Dining, Movies under the Stars, and eating breakfast and lunch in the Horizon cafe. Ship layout is great for picture taking. Multiple pools for relaxing and having fun. Some are even adult only...
For those adults that want quiet, go to the aft pool on deck 14...wonderful place to hang out.
If you want a quiet place to read, head to Skywalkers in the aft. It's completely quiet--no Muzak--and the views and seating are terrific. Except for occasional special events, it's usually available until about 10 PM when it turns into a disco.
Before you go to bed each night, read the Platter to see what activities you want to do the next day... some activities start as early as 7am.... so plan you day the night before...
The international cafe had great salads and Panini's. The pizza on Lido is the best.
Having a set dining time at night was a wonderful way for us to feel pampered and touch base with each other since we all went our own way during the time on board. Buffets were good but dining room food was amazing.
Sometimes it is hard to find a seat in the buffet eating areas and I would not suggest anytime dining unless you are ok with waiting until 7:30 or 8:00 every night. The shows were some of the best I've ever seen on any ship, and I loved the violinists. Book your spa treatments early as they book up
Caribbean Princess - never again
Do not get a bus back to the airport it was stormy and the bus was only worried filling up the bus . We waited inside that bus for over an hour . The entire bus was very upset. This bus was contracted through princess

The vines wine bar is the place to meet new friends and be treated like a special person by the staff. Anytime dining was good but there were lines suggest making reservations for dinner. The specialty rest were great as usual
The hours of the Horizon Court buffet were particularly generous--breakfast lasted until 11:30, lunch until 3:30, afternoon snack (a scaled down lunch) until 5:30 and a full scale dinner until 11.
Do the chef's dinner, it was spectacular.
Our preference for dining was for early 5:30pm this left lots of time to enjoy the entertainment.
It's easy to over-eat. Order breakfast in the room and only make one lunch plate at the buffet and you won't regret it. Have dinner in the dining room and take the waiter's advice.
Food at the buffets some nights were even better than the food in the traditional dining rooms. Can't say enough about the quality of the offerings.
The adult only pool deck 15 all the way in the back of the ship was very relaxing.
Book a seating time as anytime was very disorganized
If you have the beverage package, the wine bar is delightful. Fine wines from around the world by the glass.
