Review summary
Just returned from a four day cruise. I am a Diamond Cruiser with Royal Caribbean have cruised 16 times this was my first cruise on Princess and my last. I am used to Royal Caribbean's amazing customer service. The customer service on this ship was awful. You could not get a waiter out by the pool to save your life. When you went to the bar the bartenders were very unfriendly and it was an hour wait for a drink and if you were lucky you got what you ordered or you just accepted what they made you. The crew seemed so put out every time you asked a question or ordered something. There were hardly any activities, no party as we set sail, the atmosphere was so strange they were doing repairs all over the ship loud banging, ceilings open, carpets ripped up, air drying fans blowing, no running water in public bathroom and they were filthy as well. A/C broke in Buffett area so hot you couldn't stand it. Food was only fair and the diningroom attendants were not friendly at all instead of telling us they were out of something and letting us choose what we wanted he chose for us and not all enjoyed his selection. It was really disappointing as my boss took our staff and paid a lot of money for us to go thinking Princess was a good cruise line we thought we were safe but no such luck. Think twice before booking if you want an amazing time with unbelievable service go with Royal Caribbean you won't be disappointed!

Go see Alex from Mexico in the Sabatini's Restaurant the best and friendliest waiter on board and the food was delicious !
