What was the 250 suppose to be for? Just a gift from your agent, or military credit? If military credit it’s your responsibility to apply for it. And $250 is the max for a 14+ day cruise. It’s on board credit only. Just curious

Was your travel agent the one who misled you? We use a Princess vacation planner and never had any issue like that in 14 years.
