The food and service were good, other than that, it was not the best experience. Everything seemed very unorganized.

Understaffed--waited a very long time to receive drink that was ordered on the app. The bartenders seemed overwhelmed with trying to make and serve drinks and use the tablets to input passenger data. There has to be a faster, easier way for the bartenders to serve drinks

There seemed to be activities that I would have liked to enjoy--but the room capacity was too small and shows were full before my party and I could make it.

Princess staff is second to none--they worked hard all day, every day to make sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves.

I found the ship hard to navigate (too may tiered levels)--like, to go to the Sanctuary pool--we had to walk through the spa area--we couldn't easily access this area directly.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was basic--tight quarters.
Cabin was clean--the only problem was when the cabin across the way flooded, then we had an odor.
Although we had to return towards Miami for a sick passenger (2 hours), we were unable to visit this port--which was the entire reason why we booked this cruise.
