The food and service were good, other than that, it was not the best experience. Everything seemed very unorganized.

We spent 2 months doing 4 back to backs on this ship. We loved it, and got to know many of the excellent staff.

Overall a very enjoyable time. Good food. Good weather. We will most likely book another Princess Cruise

after being on the enchanted and sky princess going on the Caribbean princess is somewhat a let down. also there was little if not at all air conditioning in the casino. we were all sweating at the crap table.

This was our first cruise in 40 years. Princess took good care of us and we recommend them.

Enjoyed the new Panama Canal. Sorry we had LOTS of sea days.

Upset we missed stops, crew did nothing to make it up, 7 sea days is too much! An officer put his hands on me because I was complaining, along with others, about missing Jamaica. Food was just ok, disappointing for a cruise. Shows were good. Too many boring sea days

Good food. Cabin was great although we were originally on Lido deck (15) they “upgraded” us to caribe (10). Would have rather been on Lido to be close to pool and buffet.

If your older like us, retired and looking to enjoy your cruise: "DON"T EVER CRUISE DURING SPRING BREAK" or when Princess runs special family cruise specials. It'll not be a relaxing time/cruise. This was our worst experience ever on Princess, ship was over run with kids, both mid ship pools were useless because of kids jumping in and out, No Diving/Jumping signs were posted but Princess chose not to enforce the policy. Deck "CHAIR WARS" was in full play, you want a pool side chair, better get up at 4AM and stake your claim to one. People were saving chairs that never even got used by anyone, it was a pure joke that they (Princess) allow this to happen. Norovirus outbreak mid way through the cruise, allot of people got sick. This is a first hand observation, children "DO NOT WASH THERE HANDS IN THE BATHROOMS", henceforth a viral outbreak. You just can't make this stuff up. Missed 2 ports, according to Captain winds were too high and couldn't dock. Literally our cruise from HELL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a nice time. Won’t sail on this ship again. It’s age is showing. See the rest of my comments. But remember a bad day cruising is still better than a good day working! Looking forward to my next Princess Cruise on the Ruby Princess.

Cruise embarkation was officially delayed due to a previous cruise norovirus outbreak. Embarkation went smoothly. Ate lunch in Coral dinning room, it was great. Food in Palm dinning room was great and service was outstanding. Ship was clean and measures kept in place to keep everyone healthy. Buffet was served by staff. Public restrooms constantly being cleaned. Ship is older, but we thought the decor and upkeep were better than most older ships we’ve been on. All ports were visited. Entertainment was ok. We had a wonderful time. Cabin was a mini suite and was very spacious. We had a leak in our ceiling, it was repaired quickly. This was our first Princess cruise. We booked another cruise while on board. We loved not having to sign for our drinks. Medallion worked well, no issues. Highly recommend this ship.

The itinerary was excellent. The ship was clean (although I have tested positive Covid on my return) and the staff were very friendly. The entertainment was a bit hit and miss but that’s a very personal thing. Highly recommend.

Loved this cruise! Lots of relaxation and beautiful ports! Clean and fresh! Ship was pretty nice even though it is not new. Theater seating was a problem every evening for both entertainment shows. Many had to stand or skip the show.

We’ve been on a lot of cruises before covid Carnival, Princess and Royal Carribean. I went with low expectations because haven’t cruised since before covid and comments about service because short staffed. This was one of the BEST cruises we ever had. The staff was excellent dining room, cabin steward everywhere we went. The entertainment and shows were also top-notch. We had the same table at Palm dining room outstanding food and staff. If I had one complaint was ship was a little hard to navigate but medallion app helped. Also medallion app was awesome in locating our friends we cruised with. So glad to be cruising again.♥️♥️♥️🛳🛳🚢

This was a getaway for my wife and I with the chance to experience a suite.

I will never cruise with Princess again. The ship was in mechanical failure before we left port and we lost time because of that, not storms. I saw roaches on the pizza stand on deck 15. The Piazza and elevators near the casino smelled like cigarettes from people smoking in the casino. Awful trip!

Outstanding selection of ports. Superb entertainment. Great food. Myriad excursions that let you get a true feel of the local culture. One of the best cruise itineraries ever!

This cruise was awesome! The food was delicious, we had the best waiter on the entire ship, his name is Joko. The ship is old and will go on dry dock later this year, so once is refurbished it will be amazing. Will cruise on this ship again.

I love this ship - and I noticed there was a lot of staff this time. They really treated me well. My only complaint was the food. I could write about it in length, but they need a new Executive Chef. And luckily it is not my reason for cruising !
