Review summary

I will never cruise with Princess again. The ship was in mechanical failure before we left port and we lost time because of that, not storms. I saw roaches on the pizza stand on deck 15. The Piazza and elevators near the casino smelled like cigarettes from people smoking in the casino. Awful trip!

The spa and fitness center smell like mold, the cigarette smoke that came out from the casino was awful, there were no real activities for us since we were on board so much. The shows were not good.

Don’t do it! The Caribbean Princess had an engine down and we left late and they did not tell us about the engine! Most of our trip was on the ship with not much to do.

It took us over an hour to get off the ship! The staff tried to pack everyone into one of the lounges but it was not a good idea because there was so many people. Our time was cut short because of engine trouble.

Awful! We were already behind and they cut our shore excursions time and then it took us over an hour to disembark.

I was on this same ship at the same time and we had the worst experience I have ever had on a cruise. I will never sail with them again (mostly due to the lack of care from guest services) and I will forever warn others about sailing with them!
