Review summary

Well the food & service and staff are quite good. I rated low as the overall rate is based on all sections. HOWEVER, due to mechanical problem (they claim is the "adverse weather condition"), the ship arrive San Juan 3 hours late, Grand Turks 3 hours late and skipped Amber Cove altogether. So we were at sea for whole 3 days.

Doesn't sound hard to please at all.Cruising has become for the masses.Nobody remembers how it used to be.Will only get worse.

I agree with the writer I done over 20 cruises on princess and will no longer use them , food on our last cruise in dec was bad, we were in a suite with club class , nothing to do same thing every day , also on another cruise this year we lost 2 ports days do to picking up migrants and had to wait in area for the US Coast Guard to come. Princess did nothing for the guest !!!! I will say the crew was outstanding!!!!!

This reviewer is harsh. If you properly set your Medallion App up, you get on the ship very quickly. We have been on the Caribbean Princess twice. We love the entertainment, crew, food, etc. The ship and cabins are immaculately kept. We would cruise on her again.

You’re right, Grand Turk should have made their downtown into something you are more used to seeing.
