Everything - especially the crew was wonderful except the food ! I actually lost weight !

Review summary

I love this ship - and I noticed there was a lot of staff this time. They really treated me well. My only complaint was the food. I could write about it in length, but they need a new Executive Chef. And luckily it is not my reason for cruising !

Dining rooms were not able to handle the reservations on time - ate at the buffet mostly. The food was not as good as previous voyages on this ship!

Utilized the gym every day for 2 hours - not crowded in the mid day ! Love this gym - great equipment and the view of the ocean is wonderful!

Same old shows - boring - piano player at Crooners was boring - But musicians around the ship were good

Excellent. 3 crew members recognized me from past cruises. My cabin steward was the best ! My room was spotless for the first time! Guest services and general crew were wonderful

Agreed, the food is hit or miss but I don't think I have ever lost weight on a cruise

Thank you for the review. I do wonder how much influence the ship chef has on the food. The menus are the same fleet wide but I assume the chef makes some tweaks and some have better quality control.

I think it’s so cool when the staff remembers us from previous cruises. We were on a Princess ship and we always look for crew members we’ve had before. The particular time a bartender recognized the wife and called out her drink to her she amazed because the last time we were served by him was 8 years earlier.
