Review summary

We were disappointed with the unfriendly attitude of the wait staff . We think it is probably because they are over worked and underpaid . They looked miserable and resentful. I literally saw one who forced to put a smile on her face when a guest looked at her and immediately frowned when she turned away from the guest.

Unhappy crew is always down to horrible, rude passengers. Dont act superior to people who work their socks off to make your cruise and work 10 months away from their families. Passengers spoil cruises. Not the crew. 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🛳🚢

I was on the Caribbean Princess March 17-24! I was so excited to see the very friendly wait staff. Some of them recognized me from previous sailings - and I made some great new contacts. As a matter of fact I thought they went over the top with smiles, helpfulness and attitude. Sorry you felt that way.

Is that all you did on your cruise is look for unhappy crew members? I've been on many Princess ships and really font see unhappy crew anywhere. Sure there will be the occasional person here and there, but I'm willing to bet that a passenger put them in that mood. I'm thinking if you saw that many unhappy crew, maybe it was you that put them in that mood.
