Review summary

We’ve been on a lot of cruises before covid Carnival, Princess and Royal Carribean. I went with low expectations because haven’t cruised since before covid and comments about service because short staffed. This was one of the BEST cruises we ever had. The staff was excellent dining room, cabin steward everywhere we went. The entertainment and shows were also top-notch. We had the same table at Palm dining room outstanding food and staff. If I had one complaint was ship was a little hard to navigate but medallion app helped. Also medallion app was awesome in locating our friends we cruised with. So glad to be cruising again.♥️♥️♥️🛳🛳🚢

Agreed 1960cruiser! We were on the Enchanted in January of 2022 when COVID protocols were still in effect and we still had a great time. Your cruise is what YOU make it. Some passengers are so petty; taking pictures and posting them of a small spot on the carpet next to the wall in a common area. Ridiculously petty or nylon fiber from a safety rope in the pool. Smh. Anyway glad this was your best cruise ever.

Your review is spot on. I've been on many cruises since the restart in July 2021, and I'm having a great time on my cruises. I will admit, at the beginning it was a challenge with all those nonsensical protocols, but now with cruising back to precovid levels, I'm just glad to be able to go and I won't let those little things ruin my cruise. I do believe that 99% of the time, the passenger ruins their cruise, not the cruise line

Thanks for the great review. This validates my thinking exactly. I’ve been on lots of cruises since COVID and there were some hiccups with new staff but overall, it’s been great. Read old reviews and see that people complained lots before COVID. One thing that will never change is people love to complain that things were better in the past.

Enjoyable cruiae

It was a great cruise. The canals are amazing. The crew, staff were great. Only had an issue with one crew person, Renata with event and loyalty. She was extremly rude to our friends, Dr. and Mrs. Muthu. Other than that the trip was very pleasant.
