It was a great cruise. The canals are amazing. The crew, staff were great. Only had an issue with one crew person, Renata with event and loyalty. She was extremly rude to our friends, Dr. and Mrs. Muthu. Other than that the trip was very pleasant.

We mainly ate in the Colin Grill or the buffet. We tried the Crown Grill twice and did not care for it. the wait was way to long. We were in there for almost 3 hours. Service was good, food was ok. Loved our staff at Colin, Amador, Nqobizitha and Gamu are amazing! They are the reason we went there for breakfast and dinner almost every day. I can't say enough good things about them. Nqobi brightens everyones day with his smile and upbeat personsenality. What an asset they are to your cruise!

Edgar our steward was top notch. Always pleasant and on top of things. our wait staff, Amador, Nqobizitha and Gamu with the BEST! They were the reason we ate in the same restaurant every day! Can't say enough nice things about them!

The ship was clean but it was old. Certainly needs to be renovated and updated. It's the little things: metal boards along the floor, baseboards, carpet areas. Always clean though :)
