Review summary

As far as I'm concerned they should be refunding us a good portion of this cruise due to not stopping at half of the ports. They made this vacation a disaster and we are very dissatisfied with what we've experienced. I'll expect a response.

So, we passengers are on a cruise ship sailing the seas? (This puts us probably in the top 6% richest humans on the planet based on only the facts we have a roof over our head, coins in our pocket and food to eat). Most passengers are excited and totally get how blessed we all are simply to be on one…? Your star giving comments make no sense at all and blaming Princess for the weather is equally insane? Just enjoy and appreciate what you do have and not what you feel you missed out on? Make memories…? I have a diagnosis of early onset dementia but I’m dammed if I will ever let missing a port or two on a fantastic cruise ship due to unsafe seas tell me I should be angry with its owners… quite the opposite actually! I wish you happy future cruising anyway, and blessings to all. John Pops…

Tuck in your entitlement. Read the cruise contract - you are never guaranteed any ports. Might be time to buy your own boat and risk your own safety?

Safety comes first. The captain cannot control the weather. Last may on sky princess we lost 3 out of 4 ports in iceland. They added an extra port. We got 20% of cruise fare back as an FCC which had to be used against an existing cruise or new cruise booked by end of 2023. So used against August 2024 cruise. Safety comes first. Get real 🚢🛳🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

San Juan is a great walking port. Did you go to the port? Visit the cathedral? Lots to see if you go looking.

Here’s your response. You will not get a refund for missed ports. As stated in your Contract, ports are sometimes missed.
