I don't think we'll ever use Princess again. Very disappointed. Maybe our fault for not being more selective. Our past experience with Princess was very good, (15 Cruises) so we felt there was no need to worry... Again, we were proved wrong!

Extremely noisy, small, had foldout bunks above and we continually hit our heads! Why would they assign this cabin to an older couple?
Also, cabin was too close to ramp exits and pilot entrance. Most times this all occurred during sleeping hours. During rough seas the hull noise was awful.
Cleanliness was very good.
We have visited Time Square 2 X during Covid and really enjoyed it.
This time it was scary walking, even during the day... Too many homeless and many shops closed I believe for this reason.
I do NOT recommend staying in Times Square.
You would think that after 15 cruises they would have learned to not let the ship assign your room, unless you really do not care what problems you can get.
Well….I wouldn’t choose the older ships…..they sure do need some attention.
As for the cabin, as I’m sure you’re aware…..better to choose your own. Both of those things would have made for a better experience
