This port was great! All the shops were right off the port pier. It was a little touristy but that was to be expected. We did the Gumbalina excursion through the ship. It was a nice one but our guide pushed us through very fast and we didn’t get to spend much time with the monkeys which was advertised. Never saw the butterfly’s :(

Belize City, Belize

Princess had VERY poorly organized this port stop. We had signed up for an excursion through Princess. Half our group left on time and the other half the one I was in left 2 hours late! Which put our group 2 hours behind schedule. No one in our group was able to look around the shops, or get a picture with the Belize sign or anything. It was very disappointing. Then the line was very long to get back in the shuttle. People were waiting in line in the heat for over an hour! Very poorly organized and managed. The excursion itself was great! We did the Al Ta Hun Mayan ruins and it was awesome. Our guide Ana was very knowledgeable and friendly and she always made sure our group was comfortable and asked if we needed anything and informed us of the history of Belize. The excursion was great. But everything else was a nightmare!

Cozumel, Mexico

This was the best stop by far in my opinion. We did the Mayan folklore and Mexican culture experience and it was the BEST excursion ever! Our tour guide Pedro was so friendly and knowledgeable about the history and told us many interesting facts. We even had time to walk around and look at the shops. This is a port stop and excursion that I would visit again.
